Our team works across technical and business functions to build scalable systems, improve operational visibility, and ensure technology decisions support long-term organizational goals.

We started Atumica with a simple goal: help engineering teams build reliable, cost-disciplined systems without unnecessary complexity. We work closely with clients — not alongside them at arm's length — and we ship working systems, not decks.

We're based in the San Francisco Bay Area. We work on-site with Bay Area teams, and partner remotely with enterprises across the US and other time zones.

Engineering-first platform

At a large SaaS organization, we led the transition from a traditional ops function to an engineering-driven PaaS model — shifting infrastructure ownership to product teams, building internal developer platforms, and replacing manual processes with CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code.

Cloud infrastructure at scale

Across AWS, GCP, and Kubernetes, we have designed and managed cloud infrastructure through production scale — leading migration initiatives, implementing observability tooling that makes distributed systems legible, and building SRE practices that reduce operational overhead and strengthen incident response.

FinOps at SaaS scale

At a large SaaS organization, we built cloud cost accountability from the ground up — working across finance, executive, engineering, and operations stakeholders to create clear ownership and automated controls. Cost visibility alone doesn't change behavior; accountability does.
