Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 21, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Atumica, Inc. ("Atumica", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects personal information when you visit atumica.com or contact us through this website. We are the data controller for the information described below.

Information we collect

Information you provide

When you submit our contact form ("Work With Us"), we collect the information you enter:

  • Name
  • Work email address
  • Company
  • Your role
  • Company size
  • Annual cloud spend (a range you select)
  • Which offering interests you
  • A description of what you are trying to fix
  • Timeline
  • How you heard about us (optional)

We do not store these submissions in a database. Each submission is delivered to us as an email at hello@atumica.com and retained in our email inbox so we can respond to your inquiry.

Information collected automatically

When you submit the form, your IP address is processed transiently to verify you are not a bot and to enforce per-IP rate limits. We do not store your IP address.

Categories of personal information (California)

For purposes of the CCPA/CPRA, the information above falls into the following statutory categories: identifiers (such as your name and email address), commercial information (such as the offering you are interested in and your cloud spend range), and professional or employment-related information (such as your company and role). We collect this information directly from you when you submit the form. We do not collect sensitive personal information, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your inquiry and discuss a potential engagement.
  • To protect the form against spam and abuse.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or share it with advertisers.

Legal bases (EEA/UK)

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on the following legal bases under the GDPR: your inquiry is processed on the basis of taking steps at your request prior to entering a contract and our legitimate interest in responding to you; spam protection relies on our legitimate interest in operating a secure, functional website.

Service providers

We use a small number of trusted providers to operate this site and respond to inquiries. They process personal information only on our behalf:

  • Cloudflare, Inc. — provides Turnstile, which verifies form submissions are human. It receives your IP address and a challenge token when you load our contact form.
  • Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) — delivers your form submission to our inbox as email.
  • Google LLC — hosts this website on Google Cloud and provides our email inbox (Google Workspace) where inquiries are received and retained.

Data retention

We retain inquiry emails for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, after which they are deleted, unless we need to keep them longer to comply with a legal obligation or resolve a dispute. You may ask us to delete your information sooner (see below).

International transfers

Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where personal data is transferred out of the EEA or UK, that transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict its processing. If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know what we collect, the right to delete, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at privacy@atumica.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. To protect your privacy, we verify requests using the email address associated with the request and may ask for additional information to confirm your identity. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with proof of authorization. If you are in the EEA or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect personal information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access controls on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and limit who can access it.

Children

This site is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
